The Automatic Air Vent is mounted at the high point with the piping system. Fast and uninterrupted release the free air from fluid. Eliminating air locks when filling or draining a system.
The Automatic Air Vent only remove the free air. For micro bubbles and dissolved air in the fluid system, please choose SYSCA® Air Separator or Vacuum Dagasser.

WORKING PRINCIPLE AND FEATURES
- The superior design to float and air relief valve ensuring that gas can rapidly go up into the unit, but the liquid and scum never get to the top air relief, to prevent leakage thoroughly.
- When system is filling, the air vent deflates safely and fast, shorten the filling time.
- When system is draining, the vent valve opens as the float descends, so the air can quickly enter into the system through the unit.
- When system is without venting, the spring is in a natural unstressed state, and the vent valve is closed; As the collected air reaches a certain amount, the spring is stretched,at the same time the vent valve open, and air is released.
