HYDRAULIC SEPARATOR
The SYECA Hydraulic Separator uses the unique honeycomb mesh technology, which is used for balancing the pressure flow in heating and cooling systems. It removes both air and dirt particles while maintaining efficient system performance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
- Cycle pumps operate both in primary constant flow and in secondary variable flow. Therefore,the flow rate and pump lift will be abnormal by interaction between those cycle pumps if there is not only primary constant flow pump but secondary variable flow pump in the air-conditioning and cooling systems.
- After using the SYSCA Hydraulic Separator,when shut down the secondary variable flow pump,and start the primary constant flow pump,the water flow from the primary circulation will totally go back to the primary circulation through the hydraulic separator.
- The SYSCA Hydraulic Separator can make an inner zone without pressure-drop,which can make primary constant flow pump and secondary variable flow pump operate separately and normally. Then the flow rate of each circulation will be basically depended on the pump of its own.This is essential in the hydronic heating and cooling systems.
