HONEYCOMB MESH

Honeycomb mesh is a complex 3D net structure, made of welding copper wires. This structure makes the fluid in the body produces a relatively static area, whatever it is the micro gas or static air, it have enough time to collect all the gas to the upper chamber, and then release gas through the air relief valve on the top. At the same time, the pressure loss from water through honeycomb mesh is very small, that won't burden system operation.

The solubility of gas in solution is proportional to the pressure, and is inversely proportional to the temperature.

INSTALLATION OF THE DEVICE FOR OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE

The device must be installed at the hottest point in the system. For a heating system, installation should be in the outlet pipe of the boiler. For cooling system, the hottest point is on the water return pipe. The higher temperature is, the more easily micro bubbles rise. The air releases based on Henry’s Law, which states that air is released from water as the temperature increases or the pressure decreases. The Micro bubble separator makes clever use of this very phenomenon and conducts a deaeration cycle through the system.

DESCRIPTION FOR SELECTION

  • Other products with different diameters of pipe can be supplied by our company(under DN750 usually). Please contact us for detail parameters.
  • Sizes from DN20 to DN50 are in brass or stainless steel, DN50 and above sizes are in carbon steel.
  • Please use high flow rate products when rate is faster than 1.5m/s.
  • The pressure loss is less than 0.01MPa.
  • The maximum operating pressure of standard products is 1.0MPa, maximum testing pressure is 1.5MPa, maximum operating temperature is 110℃. We can also produce special customized high pressure and high temperature products to meet client requirement.
